These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the INTERLIMEN platform ("Service"), operated by Interlimen Analytics Technology, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Washington limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
INTERLIMEN provides immigration attorneys and legal professionals with access to publicly sourced immigration enforcement data, including court proceedings, detention records, judge analytics, and enforcement statistics. Data is sourced from government records, FOIA disclosures, and publicly available datasets.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using INTERLIMEN, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for legal professionals and researchers; use for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@interlimen.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Team plan subscriptions allow up to five (5) named users under a single account. Sharing credentials outside your licensed seat count is a material breach of these Terms.
INTERLIMEN offers Individual and Team subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
All billing is processed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your payment card information. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current subscription rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
The data provided through INTERLIMEN is sourced from government records and public datasets. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, we do not warrant that any data is complete, current, or free from errors. Data should not be used as the sole basis for legal advice or case strategy without independent verification.
